For the 515grammi project Esther has also created special herbal teas that she calls mixtures for the "human-rabbit" couple. These are "specialties" that the human will use as herbal teas and that the rabbit will eat as special herbs. "When you love someone you only share what you like, so I want to give my little friends only what I want for myself", says Esther "so with one of the largest Italian companies that deals with medicinal herbs, I have created a collection of 5 mixes that are not only herbal teas but can be added to salads or yogurt to prepare meals with more color that also gives beauty and wellness".
