What are the payment methods?

You can proceed with payment by Credit Card, PayPal, Bank Transfer or cash on delivery, directly to the courier upon receipt of goods. For the latter option there is a surcharge of 7 euros.

We recommend, for cash on delivery payment, to prepare the exact amount for the courier in order to speed up the operations.

 

Which credit cards are accepted?

We accept all Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and American Express credit cards.

 

I have a discount code. How do I use it?

You can enter the discount code both at the "Payment" stage and at the time of order confirmation, in the "Discount code/gift voucher" space.

Click on "Use voucher" and the value of the voucher will be deducted from the total amount to be paid.

 

Can I request an invoice?

Certainly, you can enter your tax data, or those of your company, during the "Payment" phase.

 

What are the shipping times?

All products that do not require customization are shipped 2 working days after purchase. Items that require customization with your name and / or that of your furry friend need a few more days of processing and are shipped 5 working days after purchase. If you have special needs about the timing (a birthday, a new fluffy friend coming, ...) please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to speed up the shipping.

 

What are the delivery methods and timing?

We ship in Italy in 1-2 days with Bartolini courier. Shipments in Italy are always free.

We ship in Europe in 2-5 days with courier DPD Bartolini. The cost of shipping is 9 euros.

In the rest of the world, type of courier, timing and costs may vary.

 

How do I know where my order is and when will I receive it?

When you place your order you will receive an email with the expected date and time of delivery, as well as a link to track your order.

 

Can I cancel or modify an order?

You can cancel or modify your order only if it has not yet been shipped. Contact us and we will find a solution together.

 

Can I make a return? Is it free?

We only accept returns under special circumstances. The return of the product will be at your expense.

 

How will the refund be made?

The refund will be made using the same method of payment, if the return is approved and the product is returned to us within 30 days.

Some of our products are customizable with your name and that of your rabbit.You will be asked to enter the customization text on the product page before placing it in your Shopping Cart.

In the Health and Hygiene section you will find our products dedicated to the care and cleaning of your home and your rabbits' items.

 

What is the expiry time of food products?

It depends on the type of food.
