We ship worldwide directly from our headquarters in Milan, Italy.
If you are from Milan you can pick up your package directly from us, we will be happy to meet you ❤︎.
Shipping prices may vary between Europe and the rest of the world.
Shipping for orders over 50€ is free.
All products that do not include a personalization are shipped 2 working days after purchase.
Items that require personalization with your name and / or that of your fluffy friend need a few more working days and are shipped 5 working days after purchase. We and our rabbits are in no hurry when we want to do things right. However, if you have special needs on the timing (a birthday, a new puppy coming ...) do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to speed up the departure.

The tracking number is sent by email immediately after the item is shipped. For any problems with your package, contact us via Whatsapp, we will solve any inconvenience together.
As soon as your parcel is entrusted to the Bartolini courier, you will receive an automatic email from BRT NoReply with expected delivery date and time, please read it. Inside the email you will also find the link from which you can follow the status of your order directly from the BRT website, in real time. You will receive another email when the package is delivered.
Change Delivery Day
In case you were not present at your address during the expected delivery date and time, please reschedule the delivery: from the same link you can easily choose your preferred day and time (morning or afternoon) to receive the package , BRT will receive your information and deliver on that date.
Bartolini courier will attempt to deliver the package to your address 2 times, if delivery fails both times your package will be stored in the BRT branch closest to your address, indicated in the email.
At this point we will call you to decide together a new delivery date, a new address, or if you want to collect the package yourself at the BRT branch in your area. We will take care of all these practices.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We can only accept returns in special circumstances. We are proud of the quality of our products and hope that all our customers are happy and satisfied. For a very reasonable cause, we offer a refund if you return your item to us within 30 days (shipping costs at your expense). If there are problems with an item you have received, do not hesitate to contact us, we will find a solution together!
